These terms cover your use of the Avelloran website at avelloran.com. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Purchase. Our Privacy Notice describes personal-information handling.

Using the store

Our shopping and account services are intended for adults choosing products for children, not for children to make independent purchases. Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and keep any account credentials private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or use our services for fraud, harassment or infringement of others' rights.

Website content and submissions

Website text, branding, photographs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercially reusing protected content requires permission unless the law allows it.

If you send a review, photograph or other submission, you must have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential information or unnecessary personal information about a child. Shopify hosts the store. Payment, delivery and other features can involve independent providers whose own terms or privacy notices may also apply. Links to outside websites do not make us the operator of those sites. This does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase.

Maintenance, outages and security incidents may interrupt website access. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any limitation relating to website availability applies only as permitted by law and does not remove mandatory product warranties or purchase remedies.

Misuse, responsibility and disputes

We may reasonably restrict access to address fraud, threats, unlawful activity or material misuse. Doing so does not cancel rights relating to an existing purchase, refund or legal claim. You remain responsible for unlawful misuse only to the extent provided by applicable law.

Applicable laws of the People's Republic of China govern these website terms except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision requires waiver of a non-waivable forum, remedy or right.

Events outside reasonable control do not remove obligations to notify you of dispatch delays, obtain required consent or provide mandatory cancellation and refund remedies.

Updates

We may revise these terms as the service changes, showing an updated date and providing further notice or seeking agreement when required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights in completed purchases. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder applies as far as law permits.
